Otis Gene "Gino"  Spell
Otis Gene “Gino” Spell, 76, of Martinsburg, WV formerly of Lost River, WV passed away at his home on Tuesday, June 12, 2018.

Otis was born on June 18, 1941 in Fort Bragg, NC and was the son of the late Roy and Elsie Spell.

He proudly served in the US Navy. He retired from AT&T, relocated to Lost River where he built their home and resided until 2016.

He is survived by his wife Donna J. Overkott Spell; one daughter Tracey Haire and husband Carl; eight grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter; Deanna McDaniel; one brother William Nelson; one granddaughter Nadia McDaniel and one great-grandson Asher Christy.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Gerrardstown Presbyterian Cemetery with military honors.

The family has requested casual attire to be worn to the service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America or Hospice of the Panhandle.
