Rylee Elizabeth Spears, 10, of Martinsburg, went home to be with Jesus on Friday, October 12, 2018.

Born November 27, 2007 she is the daughter of Lauren Michelle Lewis Spears and Timothy Michael Spears.

Rylee was such a beautiful beacon of light who shined so bright in a darkened world. She was a precious representation of the grace, love and hope we have in Jesus Christ. Her smile was contagious, and her laugh lit up a room. She fought against all odds with patience and determination. Her spirit was fierce, and her love brought out such tenderness from everyone she touched.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Kilian Spears; two sisters, Haylee and Raeghan Spears; grandparents, Lauryl Lewis, Ronald and Desiray Lewis, and Charles Spears; great-grandparents, Arnold and Evelyn Brown, and Charles and Mary Lewis; and a number of much-loved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethel Assembly of God with Rev. Ralph Campbell and Rev Arnold Brown. A dinner will follow.
