Obituary for Ruth Virginia Herndon (Orr)
Ruth Virginia Herndon, 83, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020 at her residence.
Born September 30, 1936, in Gerrardstown, WV, she was the daughter of the late Boyd Orr and Nellie (Hess) Orr.
She is survived by her three sons, Doug Edward Kane and wife, Vicki, Kevin Lynn Kane, Rodney Craig Kane and wife, Marilyn; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Arnold Edward Kane and her second husband, Harry Thomas Herndon.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Christine Olsen officiating.
Interment will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery at Needmore.
