Lewis H. Bailey, 81, of Martinsburg went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility. He served in the US Army from 1955 to 1957. He is survived by his wife, Joann Bailey; two sons, Ronald and Phillip; and one daughter, Belinda; twelve grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; seven sisters; and one brother. He was preceded in death by a son, David; and two daughters, Ruth and Susan.

Services and interment are private.
