Prayers for the family. Gwen Ann was a wonderful teacher and later in my life friend. I was in her 8th grade class at Marlowe Elementary and then in my freshman year at MHS, she was our gym teacher. When my daughter went to North Middle School, she was taught by her also. She was a wonderful lady.

It was such an honor to serve as Gwen’s principal for many years at North Middle School. The staff, students, and parents respected her total being. IIn addition to being a master teacher, she loved and treated her students like her own. Janice and I extend our sincere condolences to Chuck, Scott, and your families. Undoubtedly you know how blessed you were to have this amazing lady in your midst. Hope all your wonderful memories help you find peace and comfort at this difficult time.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Gwen, as they celebrate her life. I taught with Gwen at North Middle School. She was a lovely person full of kindness towards all. She will be remembered, fondly, by the many students who were fortunate to have her as a teacher and those of us with whom she taught. Heaven just received a true angel! She has truly gone home for Christmas.

I am so sorry for the passing of Gwen. She was such an elegant lady, great teacher, and loved by so many. I went to see her after she broke her hip and shared some good memories of North with her. My heart aches knowing that she is no longer with us, but I know that she'll always be with us in memory and spirit. May God provide Chuck and Scott and their families with comfort, peace, and understanding during this most difficult time. RIP, dear friend and know that you are loved by many.
