Maynard and I lost touch in recent years. But he was a great friend, one of the best friends I've had in my life. I will always have fond memories of him. My condolences to his family. May he rest in peace. Todd Anderson

My husband and I went to high school with Maynard. We were shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. Maynard was a very good friend to both of us. We remember him fondly and always say his name with a smile. I did not know he was an artist. I would love to see some of his work. My husband worked with his mother at Ames and knew Maynard better than I. Again I am so sorry for you loss. I will always think of Maynard and smile. Bill and Barb (Denio) Makufka

I am very sorry about the passing of your loved one. Nothing is more heartbreaking or stressful than to lose someone you love in death. Take comfort in knowing that Jehovah God promises that He will resurrect our dead loved ones soon to a beautiful paradise earth. He will end suffering and death forever. Revelation 21:3,4, John 5:28,29, Psalm 37:29. I hope that these scriptures will bring you comfort. jw.org
