Kyle Marie Jackson, 63, beloved sister went home to be with the Lord January 2, 2019. She passed away peacefully after a chronic illness for the last several years.

Kyle was born on November 20, 1955 in Martinsburg. She graduated from Martinsburg High School in 1974. She received her LPN at James Rumsey and later graduated from West Virginia University Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in 1984. She was employed as a nurse in various hospitals and nursing homes. She was a volunteer at the former City Hospital.

Kyle was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church and enjoyed being a member of the Loyalty Friendship Class for many years. She believed in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and loved to worship, serve and praise Jesus.

Kyle was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Mary Arlene Laidlow and step-mother, Evelyn Laidlow.

She is survived by her sister, Judith Ann Laidlow of Martinsburg, WV and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends will be received Monday, January 7, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brown Funeral Home with service at 11:00 AM with Pastor Patricia Sebring officiating. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Children’s Department of Otterbein United Methodist Church at PO Box 2378, Martinsburg, WV 25402.
