JoAnn Philpott, 60, of Falling Waters, passed away on March 11, 2019 at the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born November 11, 1958 in Frederick, MD she is the daughter of Virginia Mae Turner and the late Robert Charles Turner, Sr.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband David Steven Philpott; David Gary Philpott and her grandchildren, David Jr., Tori, Layla, Ricky and Izabella; Brian Philpott and his wife Nicole with JoAnn’s grandchildren Brian Jr., Tristin and Liam. In addition, she had a step son David Pogue and his wife Hannah and JoAnn’s grandchildren Austin, Cheyenne and Mikey. JoAnn also has two brothers Michael and Robert Turner, Jr. and one sister Debra, and step daughters Kim Everly and Steph Cline.
Services and interment are private.
