Brenda Carol Blubaugh, 64, passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019.
Born on May 10, 1955 in Richmond, VA she was the daughter of the late Howard Jackson and Inez Williams Jackson.
She is survived by her husband Dennis Michael Blubaugh; one son Ronnie Jackson; one daughter Megan Jackson; three grandchildren Zachary Ryan Taylor, Michael Christopher Taylor and Darren Jackson.
She was preceded in death by one daughter Aloria Jackson Taylor.
Services and interment will be private.
