Obituary for Doris Virginia Walls (Onderdunk)
Doris Virginia Walls, 89, of Martinsburg, WV, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2019.
Born January 12, 1930 in Berkeley County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Virginia Onderdunk Turner.
She was a 79-year member of Second Baptist Church and was a 1947 graduate of Martinsburg High School. She provided child care in her home for over 42 years.
She is survived by one son, Larry Wayne Walls and wife, Donna Renee; one daughter, Diane Lynn Mulledy and husband, Robert Lynn; one grandson, Robert Lynn Mulledy, Jr. and wife, Amanda Kate; three great-grandchildren, Robert Michael, Claire Katelynn, Henry Aiden; and one foster great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Junior W. Walls; and three sisters, Janet Passmore, Judith Dilger, and Fay Daugherty.
Family will receive friends on Friday, June 14, 2019 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Second Baptist Church with Pastor David Irvin officiating, assisted by Elder John Price and Pastor Chris Walls.
Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Second Baptist Church, 911 North High Street, Martinsburg, WV 25404.
