He is survived by his father, William Smallwood and his wife, Sheila; his mother, Elizabeth Grim and her boyfriend, Ricky; a son, Braden and his mother, Cynthia; daughter, Kourtlynn and her mother and his girlfriend, Kelly; sister, Crystal Silveous and Rich; nephews, Jordan and Silas; and grandparents, Elizabeth and James Grim.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 3:00PM at Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Jimmy Crouch.
Family will receive friends from 2:00PM to 3:00PM prior to the service.
