Obituary for Marvin A "Pete" Cunningham
Marvin A. Cunningham “Pete”, 93, of Martinsburg passed away Friday, July 12, 2019 at his residence.
Born January 12, 1926, in Falling Waters, WV., he was the son of the late Alexander A. Cunningham and Ruth B. “Wilburn” Cunningham.
He is survived by one son, Darius Cunningham and wife Bobbi; one daughter, Debora Gantt and husband Ron; two grandchildren, Alexander Cunningham and wife Crystal, and Karyn Cunningham and husband Luis Brun; three grandchildren, Dorothi Cunningham, Kacee Cunningham, and Lucus Brun; one sister, Patricia and husband Keith Darrell; and several nieces.
He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy “Nauman” Cunningham.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 700 New York Avenue, Martinsburg, WV, 25401, with Pastor Mike Cantley and Pastor John Yost officiating, with family receiving, 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, one hour prior to service.
Interment will be at Rosedale.
