Obituary for John Wayne Gall
John Wayne Gall, 73, of Martinsburg, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2019.
He was born on December 5, 1945 in Martinsburg and was the son of the late James Bentzel Gall and Catherine Virginia Meyers.
He was a veteran of the US Army Reserves. He was a member of the VFW Elks, Moose Lodge and Dirty Dozen Hunting Club in Moorefield. He and his wife are the owners of the Little Inn in Martinsburg. He retired from Jefferson Distributing Company after 33 years of service, where he carried his title “The Legend”.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Fay Mills Gall; his children, John Gall, Jr., Charlie Rodgers and Ginny Hayes; step-children, Auston Edwards, Amie Edwards, Aaron Edwards; mother in law, Edith Mills; two brothers in law, Billy “Rocky” Mills and Craig Stephens and wife, Brenda; one sister in law, Shelva Kenney; one fur buddy Jinx; several grandchildren and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Gall.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Brown Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Services and interment will be private.
