Obituary for Douglas Edward Kelley
Douglas Edward Kelley, 63 of Martinsburg, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019 at his residence.
Born July 30, 1956 he was the son of the late Ramond E. Kelley and Dolly M. Kelley.
He is survived by one son, Medrick E. Kelley; one daughter, Mary Elizabeth Kelley; eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers Kenneth Kelley and Jeff Kelley and half brothers and sisters.
In addition to his father and mother he is proceeded in death by Mary Jane Kelley.
Our father was a beautiful soul who loved his family very much and will be deeply missed. Thank you, daddy for being you.
Family will receive friends on Friday, November 22, 2019 and Saturday, November 23, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home.
