Obituary for Joan Ann Myers (Zepp)
Joan Ann Zepp Myers, 79, of Martinsburg, WV, went to join her loved ones in Heaven on Sunday, December 1, 2019.
Born June 6, 1940 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Joseph G. Zepp and Ella V. (Meadows) Zepp. She was raised by her dearly beloved aunt, Francis Z. Keller, and grandmother, Ida V. Zepp.
She was a member of the Moose Lodge. She was an Industrial Seamstress.
She is survived by three sons, Carl Wayne Myers, Jr., Daryl A. Myers and wife, Dawn both of Martinsburg, John G. Myers and wife, Anita of Guam; two daughters, Carolyn R. Jefferson with Edward Laughlin, Vicki L. Murphy with husband, Pete, both of Martinsburg; one special friend, Ikako Keeys of Martinsburg; nine grandchildren, Derrick, Taylor, Breanna, Jackie, Larry, Anthony, A.J., Ashley, and Tiffany; five step-grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; a special relationship with her angels Jayla and Suraj; the love of her life, Manning (dog); many nieces and nephews and many friends.
She was preceded in death by two brothers Wayne C. Zepp and Harold F. Zepp.
Celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 4:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
