Larry Wayne Fraley, 68, of Shepherdstown, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born on April 3, 1951 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Marlin Fraley and Helen Renner.
He is survived by his loving family.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Brown Funeral Home.
