Arlene Virginia Hinton, 66 of Charles Town passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020 in the Berkeley Medical Center. She was born August 9, 1953 in Charles Town, WV. Arlene was a very special lady, loved her grandchildren. She is survived by her fiancé, David Twyman, daughters Heather Comer of Charles Town and Amanda Wingfield and husband Richard of Harpers Ferry, grandchildren, Adrianna, William, Paige and Victoria, great grandchildren, Natalie, Elizabeth and Gracelynn.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
