Born May 6, 1961 in Norfolk VA he was the son of the late Bernard G. Hudgins and Virginia L. Harrell Hudgins.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy Stockton Hudgins of Gerrardstown; one brother, Paul Graham Hudgins of Virginia Beach, VA; one daughter, Ashley Garland Mueller and husband, Blake of Virginia Beach, VA; one step-son, Robert Charles Hutchison, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA; one granddaughter, Eleanor Jane Mueller of Virginia Beach, VA.
